At Live Edge Okanagan Builders, we take pride in creating commercial buildings that are not only functional, but beautiful as well. Our passion for building is evident in our latest creation, Sole Cawston, finished in January 2024. This development provides 45 modern and spacious condos, a state-of-the-art school, commercial space and a large amenity deck, all designed with excellence in mind.

417 Cedar

417 Cedar, was completed in 2023 and features 15 incredible units. Situated in a highly desirable location with a perfect mix of shops and the lake just steps away, these units offer the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and convenience.

Sole Rutland

Sole Rutland, a mixed-use building featuring 68 luxurious condos and commercial spaces. We are proud to be Gold Winners in the 2022 Okanagan Housing Excellence Awards for this unique build. 


Evangel Housing Society

 We were honored to have been a part of the construction of the Evangel Housing Society, multi-family low-income housing building, which was completed in 2023.

The Clement

The Clement is a six-story multifamily unit located in the heart of Kelowna's busy downtown. Constructed in 2021, it showcases the latest in modern design and construction techniques. 

The Pacific

 This 4-storey multi-family build combines the latest advancements in construction technology and design to create a truly unique living experience. Located in Kelowna’s desirable Lower Mission, The Pacific provides residents with a luxurious place to call home, with access to all the amenities Kelowna’s thriving community has to offer.

Azhadi Vineyards

At Live Edge Okanagan Builders, we are proud to have worked on several projects that have become iconic landmarks in the region. One of our most rewarding experiences was being chosen to build the Azhadi vineyards in Lake Country, a beautiful winery that will become a premier destination for wine lovers and tourists alike.

Lakesider Brewery

Lakesider brewing company is a pride and joy of the West Kelowna region and a must-visit venue for beer enthusiasts. We take pride in having been involved in bringing such a cool venue, brewery, and restaurant to life.

The District

The revitalized District Shopping Centre is the epitome of vibrant downtown Kelowna. Our Commercial Building Company is proud to have been involved in bringing this shopping center back to life. Citi Homes

In 2018, we built a 4-plex in the core of Downtown Kelowna that is now a staple in the area. We took great pride in creating a building that was not only visually stunning but also had a positive impact on the community.

Sole KLO

 Sole KLO is the third iteration in our Sole branded buildings, and it has been a major success with both owners and renters alike. Located across from Okanagan College in Kelowna's Lower Mission 

Sole Downtown

 Sole Downtown is one of our proudest achievements. The 7-storey mixed-use building is located in Downtown Kelowna and boasts a prime location for both residents and local businesses. We worked tirelessly to create a multi-functional space that promotes community, growth and well-being. 

Delta Grand Hotel

With the Delta Grand Hotel renovation, we've taken a historic landmark and made it better than ever. Our team has carefully renovated the hotel rooms, lobby and the iconic Oak and Cru restaurant, adding the latest amenities for their guests.


We are proud to have been part of the renovation of the BC SPCA building in the Okanagan region. Our team worked closely with the organization to create a design that not only met their needs but also reflected their values and commitment to animal welfare. The new space allows the BC SPCA to do even more for animals in need and we are honored to have been part of making that possible.


With the tremendous success of the Oakville cowork space, Alternaworks launched their Kelowna location to service the west coast. The 5,400 SF office space will feature floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping mountain views, and includes 13 private offices, 14 dedicated workstations, and shared boardroom space.
